Property Appraisal Services

The Vermont Department of Taxes is seeking a contractor to provide property appraisal services for complex commercial and other unique properties in the state. The contractor will be responsible for conducting appraisals, providing opinions on the correctness of existing grand list values, and testifying in support of these appraisals as needed. The contract will be for a period of two years with an option to renew for up to three additional years. The contractor must have relevant experience, knowledge of utility appraisal methods, and the ability to provide consulting and expert testimony.
