Budget estimate

$4,000,000 – $12,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total contract value. Based on the described scope—approximately 80,400 ft of stream work—and typical industry rates for specialized debris removal (roughly $50–$150 per linear foot, depending on equipment, access difficulty, and disposal costs), the total contract could range from about $4 million on the low end to $12 million on the high end. Factors influencing the final amount include the number of stream segments, presence of beaver dams, required permits, and any additional environmental mitigation required under the Anadromous Fish Spawning Area Moratorium.
