Description
The Newark Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver supplemental pull‑out enrichment tutoring in English Language Arts/Literacy and Mathematics for non‑public school students across grades K‑12. The program runs from December 2026 through June 2027, serving approximately 30‑75 identified students in five non‑public schools. Services must be provided in a hybrid model (in‑person or virtual) with small‑group sessions (up to 4:1 ratio), 30‑45 minute sessions once or twice weekly. Vendors must demonstrate at least five years of experience delivering Title I supplemental instruction to non‑public school children and be able to supply qualified certified teachers. Monthly invoicing, attendance tracking, and performance reporting are required to meet Title I compliance.
