Shooting Range Concessionaire

Cowlitz County is seeking a qualified firearm range operator to manage the Cowlitz Public Shooting Range. The selected concessionaire will be responsible for full management of the range, including staffing, programming, scheduling, marketing, operations, maintenance, repairs, and capital investment. The goal is to provide a safe, functional, and enjoyable facility for shooting sports, emphasizing firearm safety, hunter education, sight-ins, new shooter recruitment, and firearm training. Key responsibilities include: • Managing day-to-day operations of the shooting range • Developing and implementing programming and scheduling • Marketing and promoting the range • Maintaining and repairing range facilities • Investing in capital improvements • Ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for range users
