Richland School District Two is soliciting qualified firms to provide Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) services for a phased renovation of its Global & Military Welcome Center and Community Connection Hub located in Columbia, SC. The contractor will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, managing risk, schedule, cost, and quality, and ensuring successful delivery of the project through the CM‑R delivery method. • Provide full CMAR services for the renovation of the Welcome Center and Community Hub. • Manage project schedule, budget, safety, and quality across multiple phases. • Coordinate with district officials, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. • Deliver construction solutions that meet district specifications and community needs. • Serve as the single point of responsibility for construction risk and performance.
