The Richland School District Two is seeking a qualified construction management firm to act as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the renovation of the Global & Military Welcome Center and Community Connection Hub in Columbia, SC. The contractor will be responsible for pre‑construction planning, cost control, schedule management, subcontractor procurement, risk mitigation, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the project.
