Coffee Shop Lessee at the Central Library

The City of Lincoln is seeking a lessee to operate a coffee shop within the new Central Library. The coffee shop will be located on the ground floor, near the northeast corner of the library, and will have an approximate 1200 sq. ft. space with an included outdoor space of 300 sq. ft. The lessee will be responsible for design-assist services and operating the coffee shop. The City is looking for a lessee with a minimum of 5 years of experience providing similar services, and the lessee must hold a Food Establishment Permit and have employees with Food Handler and Food Manager permits. The lease agreement will be for a period of 5 years with the option to renew for an additional 5 years.
