BOOKS AND PUBLICATIONS

Humble Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide books and publications to support educational resources across the district's facilities. The district is looking for vendors to establish a pool of books and publications to enhance curriculum requirements and educational initiatives. The scope of work includes providing comprehensive provision of print and digital books, periodicals, reference materials, and educational publications. The district reserves the right to negotiate with any or all proposers and to award contracts in the best interest of the district. • The proposal term shall continue in full force and effect from award date through October 16, 2028. • The district spends over $50,000 annually on books and publications. • Vendors should submit responses to the proposal immediately to be considered for the approved vendor list. • The district reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to reject any or all proposals.
