The fabric must meet strict colorfastness, weight, and construction specifications, be delivered in two shipments (25,000 yds within 42 days of award, remaining 25,000 yds 60 days later), and be packaged in rolls of 200‑250 yds, each under 150 lb. Samples (½ yd) must be submitted to the Limon Correctional Facility garment factory before the solicitation closes. Delivery windows are Monday‑Thursday, 7:00 am‑1:30 pm, with prior scheduling.
