Solar PV System Array on Landfill

The Town of Hampton, New Hampshire is seeking design-build proposals for a long-term lease, purchase, PPA, or other mutually agreeable arrangement for a municipal solar array on its capped landfill. The project includes the design, permitting, procurement, construction, interconnection, and commissioning of a solar photovoltaic array. The successful bidder will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals, including planning board approval and a Hampton building permit. The bidder must also demonstrate experience with solar PV system design and installation, as well as familiarity with local distribution company tariffs and regulatory requirements. • The project requires a minimum of two conceptual designs and a preliminary implementation schedule. • The design must include system size, expected annual kWh generation, topographical information, and other site-specific details. • The successful bidder will be responsible for obtaining utility interconnection agreements and covering associated costs. • The town requires a minimum of five relevant solar PV system references, including project name, size, location, and completion date. • The bidder must demonstrate experience working with NH DES and other state or local regulatory authorities.
