Georgetown County Water and Sewer District is seeking sealed bids from qualified tank manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors to remove an existing chemical storage tank and provide a new 15,000‑gallon fiberglass‑reinforced plastic (FRP) bulk storage tank for 40% ferric chloride. The scope includes disposal of the old tank, furnishing, delivery, installation, testing, startup, and commissioning of the new tank at the Waccamaw Neck Water Treatment Plant in Litchfield, SC. Bids must be submitted by September 22, 2026, and the district will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. This project is a one‑time installation and commissioning effort for a water utility.
