Description
This County of Kauai RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive flight‑maintenance services for the county’s single helicopter. The scope includes providing all required mechanics, inspectors, manuals, parts, petroleum products, fuel, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, and related support services. The contractor must manage, administer, and furnish all aspects of aircraft upkeep, ensuring compliance with Hawaii labor statutes and county procurement rules.
