Description
The County of Mecklenburg is seeking sealed bids for the design‑build construction of the Barlowe Road Flood Mitigation and Water Quality Improvement Project. The work will rehabilitate roughly 612 linear feet of Stewart Creek Tributary 2 and its riparian corridor, install erosion control, habitat structures, a dry pond, and relocate about 473 linear feet of sanitary sewer. All bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on November 19, 2026, and a non‑mandatory virtual pre‑bid meeting is scheduled for November 2, 2026. Bonds and compliance with NC licensing regulations are required.
