Catering and Related Services

The United Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide catering and related services. The district is looking to establish a pool of approved vendors to provide these services on an as-needed basis. Vendors will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, service description, and pricing. The contract will have a term of three years, and the district reserves the right to select multiple vendors. The services to be provided include food and catering services, and vendors must be able to deliver and set up services as needed. Some key requirements for vendors include providing a detailed priced menu, proof of insurance, and a copy of their current City of Laredo Health Food Dealer's Permit. • Vendors must submit proposals that include company information, references, product and service description, pricing, and insurance information. • Proposals will be evaluated based on the vendor's qualifications, experience, service description, and pricing. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, modify or cancel this RFPC at any time, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the most cost-effective and suitable solution.
