Elizabeth's Park Phase 1 Engineering, Geotechnical Investigation, Permitting & Site Design Services

The Town of Bradford is seeking a qualified engineering or multidisciplinary consulting firm to serve as lead design professional for Phase I of Elizabeth’s Park. The scope includes civil engineering, geotechnical investigation, permitting, and site‑design services to deliver a bid‑ready package for a multi‑use sport court, ADA‑accessible pathways, and integration of an existing skatepark. Funding is partially provided by the Land and Water Conservation Fund, so all federal and state environmental requirements apply. The consultant will also assist with construction administration and value‑engineering recommendations. • Lead design professional coordinating civil, geotechnical, and permitting efforts. • Deliver design development, construction documents, and cost estimates. • Conduct geotechnical field work (test pits, soil classification, groundwater monitoring). • Prepare storm‑water, drainage, and wetland permits (Act 250, DEC). • Provide six construction observation visits and support bid evaluation. • Project schedule runs from consultant selection (Fall 2026) to construction completion (Fall 2027).
