Description
The State of Hawaii’s Department of Defense is seeking a qualified vendor to install and configure a total of twelve (12) IP surveillance cameras on the second and third floors of a facility. The work includes mounting four (4) outdoor cameras and eight (8) indoor cameras, leveraging existing network cabling, Power‑over‑Ethernet (PoE) switches, and integrating them with an existing ExacqVision Network Video Recorder (NVR). The installation must meet recent National Guard Bureau (NGB) audit compliance requirements, as well as environmental, tamper‑resistance, and imaging performance standards. The contract is a small‑purchase, open‑bid construction solicitation with a project window from early October to late November 2026.
