Drew Charter School is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and install manual roller shades in classrooms, offices, and other areas at Drew Charter Elementary School. The selected vendor will be responsible for removing and disposing of existing blinds, providing all necessary materials and labor, and ensuring a smooth and safe installation process. The project includes approximately 60 classrooms, 10 offices, and other areas, with some spaces requiring both exterior-facing and interior-facing window coverings. The vendor must provide a cost-effective manual roller shade system with fascia that meets specific requirements, including durability, stain-resistance, and anti-static properties. Key considerations include: • Providing a proposed project schedule with anticipated start date, major milestones, and final completion date • Coordinating the project schedule with the school to minimize disruption to operations • Ensuring all shades are properly sized and provide complete window coverage • Meeting specific product requirements, including fabric color, openness factor, and operating system • Providing product literature, specifications, and samples as requested • Removing and disposing of existing blinds and related hardware • Installing all products in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety requirements • Protecting existing windows, walls, floors, furniture, and other school property during installation • Correcting any damage caused by the vendor or its employees, subcontractors, or agents • Providing a warranty and conducting a final walkthrough with the school
