The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing exterior and interior window film and install new interior‑applied window tint throughout its Administration Building. The work covers approximately 14,340 sq ft of glazing, including 10,140 sq ft of vertical and 4,200 sq ft of angled/sloped surfaces. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, disposal, and incidentals, and must adhere to a mandatory pre‑bid meeting on October 15, 2026.
