The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, through its wholly‑owned entity Colville Fuels LLC, is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct a code‑compliant secondary emergency exit from the basement of the clubhouse at Coyote Ridge Golf Course in Electric City, WA. The scope includes site investigation, demolition of part of an existing concrete wall, installation of a commercial‑grade insulated steel door with panic hardware, excavation for an exterior egress path, construction of retaining walls and ADA‑accessible ramp, drainage improvements, guardrails/handrails, and full interior and exterior restoration. Bids must be submitted by 4 PM PST on 20 Nov 2026; the award is expected on 4 Dec 2026 with construction to be completed by early 2027.
