The Iowa Communications Network (ICN) seeks qualified vendors to supply Juniper networking hardware, software, accessories, and direct‑through maintenance and support services for existing infrastructure and future upgrades across the state. The contract will be awarded on a best‑value basis, with pricing expressed as percent discounts off the current Juniper list price, and will run for an initial one‑year term with the possibility of up to five additional one‑year renewals. Vendors must provide warranties, technical documentation, and a single point of contact, and must pass through Juniper‑provided support without third‑party substitution. • Provide a broad range of Juniper products (ACX series, EX series, QFX, MX series, optics, software licenses, and maintenance). • Offer pricing as a percentage discount off Juniper’s published list price; discounts must be firm for the first year and may be revised annually. • Deliver F.O.B. destination shipments, a one‑year warranty (or manufacturer warranty), and support that is a direct “pass‑through” from Juniper. • Submit sealed bids (original + copy on paper, plus electronic copy on CD/USB) by 12 June 2026; answer any questions by 19 May 2026.
