2026-2028 Teton County Fair Cleaning Contract

The Teton County Fair is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning and grounds sanitation services for the annual fair. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all indoor and outdoor facilities, restrooms, event venues, and public areas before, during, and after fair operations. The contract will be awarded for an initial one-year term, with the option for the owner to renew the contract for two additional one-year terms. The contractor must ensure a safe, clean, and presentable environment for exhibitors, visitors, vendors, and staff. Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining all indoor and outdoor facilities, restrooms, event venues, and public areas • Providing comprehensive cleaning and grounds sanitation services • Ensuring a safe, clean, and presentable environment for all users • Complying with the Scope of Work for each contract year • Renewal of the contract for subsequent years is at the sole discretion of Teton County, subject to satisfactory performance and annual appropriation of funds.
