Description
The project entails a comprehensive upgrade of the Southeast Water Reclamation Facility’s sludge handling and related infrastructure. It includes mechanical, electrical, and civil work to improve capacity, reliability, and environmental compliance.
• Rehabilitation of two gravity belt thickeners and polymer system upgrades
• Installation of a new 1 MG storage tank and expansion of blower building with new blowers, piping, and mixing systems
• Replacement of sludge transfer pumps, upgrade of transfer piping, and new electrical building with instrumentation/controls improvements
• Stormwater pond modifications and related civil works to support the upgraded process
