Three (3) Mid-Sized SUVs

Spokane County is seeking bids for the purchase of three mid-size SUVs for the Sheriff's Department. The SUVs must meet specific technical specifications, including model year, trim, drivetrain, engine, transmission, seating capacity, exterior and interior colors, infotainment system, safety features, and convenience features. The bid must include all costs associated with the performance of the contract, such as sales tax, permits, insurance, shipping, handling, and freight charges. The bidder must also provide a specification sheet for each vehicle, detailing any deviations from the specifications. • The bid must be submitted online through www.publicpurchase.com. • The bid must include a completed Bid Response Section, which includes the bid price, unit price, and extended price for each vehicle. • The bid must also include a completed Bidder Administrative Information section, which includes the bidder's name, address, phone number, and email address. • The bid must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to sales tax, warranties, and indemnification. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor irregularities, and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
