Professional Moving Services - WV Fire Marshal

The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security Division of Administrative Services is seeking a vendor to provide professional moving services for the West Virginia State Fire Marshal's Office. The move will consist of two phases: Phase One will involve moving surplus items from 1700 MacCorkle Ave SE, 4th Floor, Charleston, WV 25314, to WV Surplus, and Phase Two will involve relocating the agency's primary office furniture and boxes from 1700 MacCorkle Ave SE, 4th Floor, to the new location at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, 1st Floor, Charleston, WV 25302. The vendor must have a minimum of five years of experience in large-scale commercial office relocation and must provide all labor, supervision, material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the move. The vendor will be responsible for packing and moving furniture, equipment, supplies, televisions, and files/records, and must ensure that all items are protected from damage during the move.
