26-037 Utilities Repair and Maintenance Contractor Library - RFP

The City of Naples is establishing an as‑needed, three‑year contract (with two optional one‑year renewals) for comprehensive underground utilities repair and maintenance. The scope covers water distribution, reclaimed water, sanitary storm, sewer systems, treatment plants, and above‑ground utilities, all performed to current City standards and in compliance with OSHA, AWWA, the Florida Administrative Code, and FDOT construction standards. • Provide repair and preventative maintenance for water, reclaimed water, storm, and sewer infrastructure. • Contract term of three years with optional two one‑year extensions. • Work must meet OSHA, AWWA, Florida Administrative Code, and FDOT construction standards. • Services include both underground and above‑ground utility systems, covering treatment plants and related facilities.
