Request for Qualifications - Wrangell School District Condition Survey

The Borough of Wrangell is seeking qualified architectural/engineering firms to perform schematic‑level condition assessments of three public‑school facilities (Evergreen Elementary, Stikine Middle, and Wrangell High School), produce detailed condition‑assessment reports, and develop schematic designs with cost estimates in accordance with the Alaska DEED Guide for School Facility Condition Surveys. The work includes on‑site visual inspections, identification of deficiencies, life‑cycle cost analysis, and preparation of schematic drawings in native CAD and PDF formats.
