• Provide complete structured‑cabling plant (fiber & Cat 6A) throughout the courthouse, terminating in MDF/IDF rooms. • Perform all testing (link‑acceptance, OTDR, attenuation) and deliver as‑built drawings, cable‑assignment records, and O&M manuals. • Supply a 3‑year maintenance bond, conduct 8 hours of on‑site training, and comply with fire‑stop, grounding, and E‑Verify requirements.
