Chemistry CPRR with Laboratory Automation System IDIQ

The VA seeks a full‑service, single‑manufacturer chemistry and immunochemistry laboratory automation solution for its Bay Pines and Lee County facilities. The contractor must supply integrated analyzers, a total‑lab‑automation track, middleware, UPS and ancillary hardware, all required reagents and consumables, and provide installation, validation, training, and 24×7 support. Performance metrics include high‑throughput test rates, rapid STAT result delivery, and strict downtime limits, with data integration to the VA LIS and compliance with FDA, CLIA, CAP, and VA cybersecurity standards. • Provide primary and duplicate chemistry/immunochemistry analyzers plus TLA track system. • Supply all reagents, calibrators, QC materials, and consumables on a cost‑per‑reportable‑result (CPRR) basis. • Deliver installation, full validation, on‑site training, and ongoing preventive‑maintenance/repair (24 h emergency response for Bay Pines). • Ensure bi‑directional interface to the VA Laboratory Information System and maintain data‑security, privacy, and record‑management compliance. • Meet throughput targets (≥ 1,000 chemistry tests/hr at Bay Pines, ≥ 450 tests/hr at Lee County) and STAT turnaround times (≤ 15 min).
