Banking Services for Clearing of Farmers Market

The West Virginia Department of Agriculture, Business Development Division is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract to host and support an internet-based, bank-free solution for redeeming senior farmers' market nutrition program food instruments. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. The vendor will be required to provide a secure online portal for data transfer and electronic reports, as well as a help desk for farmers and participants.
