Financial Agent for Middletown Pride

The City of Middletown is seeking a Financial Agent to provide financial management and administrative services for Middletown Pride, a partnership between the City and local anchor institutions. The selected organization will be responsible for collecting, disbursing, and accounting for funds, as well as providing basic administration for Middletown Pride and its programs. The Financial Agent will also be required to attend planning meetings, manage website and social media content, and coordinate with vendors and event personnel. Some key responsibilities include: • Fiscal sponsorship for Middletown Pride • Financial reporting and management • Segregation of funds and GAAP record keeping • Partner planning meetings and commission meetings • Website and social media management • Vendor and event coordination • Community outreach and limited logistical support for secondary events • Merchandise management and economic and cultural impact • Security and public safety coordination.
