CONTRACT: HAZARDOUS WASTE PICK-UP AND DISPOSAL SERVICES

The State of New Hampshire is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive hazardous‑waste pick‑up and disposal services for all state agencies, political subdivisions, and eligible non‑profit entities across the entire state. The contractor must handle waste classification, packaging, transport in DOT‑compliant containers, regulatory documentation, and final disposition (recycling, treatment, incineration, or land‑filling) while maintaining all required federal and state permits and safety plans. The award will be a multi‑year firm‑price contract with optional extensions. • Provide full‑service collection, transportation, and final disposal of a wide range of hazardous waste streams (chemicals, petroleum sludges, paint‑tank sludges, low‑level radiological waste, etc.). • Supply EPA‑approved manifests, certificates of ultimate disposal, and quarterly usage reports; maintain EPA ID, NH transport registration, and OSHA‑trained staff. • Include container and over‑pack costs in disposal rates; price special‑handling (degraded, leaking, unlabeled) on a “quoted at time of need” basis; respond to service requests within 48 hours, 24/7. • Offer mobilization/demobilization cost estimates for each NH county and maintain a dedicated account representative with 24‑hour response capability.
