Description
The Division of Insurance is seeking legal services for the review of demutualizations, mergers or acquisitions of control, mutual holding company transactions, redomestications, securities offerings, and other transactions or financial matters. The selected bidder will provide legal services to the Division of Insurance. The scope of work includes reviewing and analyzing legal documents, providing legal advice, and representing the Division of Insurance in legal proceedings.
• The bidder must provide a cost breakdown of the total estimated budget, including hourly rates and other costs.
• The bidder must identify each individual's time contribution to the project and provide their respective hourly rates.
• The bidder must include all other costs not included in the hourly rates, such as travel expenses and document preparation costs.
