Sale of Used Motor Oil and Collection of Used Anti-Freeze

The Fort Knox Qualified Recycle Program is seeking bids for the sale of used motor oil and collection of used anti-freeze. The bidder will be responsible for picking up the used oil and anti-freeze from various collection points around the installation, with the majority of the product being used motor oil. The bidder must provide transportation for the pick-up and shipment of the used oil and anti-freeze, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The agreement period is for one year, and the bidder will be invoiced within five days after pick-up, with payment due within fifteen calendar days from the date of invoice. • The bidder must pick up the used oil and anti-freeze within ten working days after notification. • The bidder must provide a pump truck with a capacity of at least 3,600 gallons. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide a pre-award survey as part of the solicitation. • The bidder must initial and sign each page of the solicitation package.
