The School District of Philadelphia is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Wellness Center at Olney High School (100 W Duncannon Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19120). The project covers general construction, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical trades, with specific product specifications and scope clarifications provided in Addendum #1. Highlights include:
