Addendum 2: Starlink Satellite Internet Service

The West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT) is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of Starlink Satellite Internet Service, including the Equipment Kit, Data Service, and Support Plans. The contract requires the vendor to provide a Starlink Performance Antenna Kit (Gen 3) or equal, with a minimum of six kits, and a Starlink Satellite Internet Business Data Service Plan or equal, with an annual term and a monthly data allocation of 1 Terabyte per kit. The vendor must also provide technical support, including a primary technical support phone number, ticket portal, or email address, with a maximum response time of four hours.
