Antenna Lease RFD

The Board of Water Commissioners, Fire District No.2 - South Hadley, is seeking proposals for a 25-year lease of antenna space on the Skinner Lane Water Tank Site. The lease will be for cellular or other type antenna space, with a starting minimum bid of $2928.20 per month and 10% increases every 5 years.
