The State of New Mexico is seeking an office lease agreement for up to a 20-year term for the Office of Family Representation and Advocacy in Las Cruces. The premises must be located within the Las Cruces city limits and meet specific requirements, including square footage, parking, and utilities. • The premises must have a minimum of 6,249 leasable square feet and 5,434 useable square feet.
