Airfield Training Consulting Services for O'Hare and Midway International Airports

City of Chicago’s Department of Aviation seeks a qualified consultant to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive airfield‑operations training for personnel at O’Hare and Midway International Airports. The contractor will create and maintain training curricula, instructional materials, and a local training database; conduct in‑person and approved remote sessions; manage an email alert system for airfield changes; and provide ongoing reporting to meet FAA Part 139 and city requirements.
