Delaware Medical Orders for Scope of Treatment (DMOST) Program

The State of Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Office of the Secretary, Delaware Health Care Commission, seeks professional services to support the Delaware Medical Orders for Scope of Treatment (DMOST) program. The vendor will develop public education and DMOST marketing materials to raise awareness of palliative and hospice care. The proposal should include qualifications and experience, experience and familiarity with running similar projects, conducting outreach activities and trainings to healthcare providers, references, and pricing/costs. • Qualifications and experience are key factors in the evaluation process. • The vendor should have experience in developing public education and marketing materials. • The vendor should be familiar with running similar projects and have a proven track record of success. • The vendor should be able to conduct outreach activities and trainings to healthcare providers. • The vendor should provide references from previous clients. • The vendor should provide a detailed pricing and cost structure for the proposed services.
