Description
The Town of Munster is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish an existing building at 437 Ridge Road and restore the site for future use. The work includes complete demolition of structures, removal of all concrete (including parking lot and sidewalks), hauling and lawful disposal of debris, back‑filling, grading, erosion‑control, and final site cleanup. The contractor must obtain all required demolition permits, adhere to safety and environmental regulations, and provide a detailed demolition and safety plan. The bid must be submitted as a lump‑sum price, be valid for 60 days, and meet insurance and licensing requirements.
• Demolish existing building(s) and remove all foundations, slabs, footings, and concrete.
• Transport and dispose of all demolition debris with proper documentation.
• Backfill, grade, and stabilize the site, including erosion‑control measures, and deliver a clean, safe parcel ready for future development.
