The City of Kingsport is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish two mobile‑home trailers on a parcel that contains three single‑wide units, remove all resulting debris, and restore the site. The scope includes complete demolition, disposal of all non‑hazardous materials, dust control, utility cap‑off and backfill, repair of any roadway damage, grading, and reseeding of the lot. The contract is a one‑year term with an optional annual renewal and must be completed within 30 calendar days of award. The award will go to the lowest‑responsible bidder(s) and may be split among multiple vendors.
• Demolition of two specific mobile‑home trailers (2027 & 2037 Orleans Road) and removal of associated structures.
• Full debris disposal, landfill ticket submission, and site grading plus up‑to‑two reseeding visits within 12 months.
