The City of Hoover is seeking a qualified general contractor to perform the Lester Lane Drainage Improvements project. The scope includes design‑build drainage work along Lester Lane, requiring a 90‑working‑day construction period, compliance with Alabama Department of Transportation specifications, provision of performance, labor‑material and maintenance bonds, and extensive insurance coverage. Bidders must hold a valid Alabama General Contractor’s License with a Highway & Streets or Municipal & Utility classification and a drainage specialty endorsement.
