Springfield Commons Park - Stormwater Design Engineering

The Town of Springfield is seeking a qualified engineering consulting firm to provide design engineering support for a project to construct a subsurface stormwater infiltration system on Summer Hill Street. The project is funded in part by the Federal Highway Administration and the Town of Springfield. The selected firm will be responsible for completing the project development process, including conceptual plans, preliminary plans, final design, and construction services. The firm will also be responsible for coordinating with the municipality and VTrans throughout the project. • The project includes the design and construction of a subsurface stormwater infiltration system. • The project is funded in part by the Federal Highway Administration and the Town of Springfield. • The selected firm will be responsible for completing the project development process. • The firm will be responsible for coordinating with the municipality and VTrans throughout the project. • The project is expected to take approximately 4 years to complete. • The firm will be required to obtain insurance coverage in accordance with the Specifications for Contractor Services.
