Description
The City of Concord, New Hampshire is seeking proposals for replacing the refrigeration system at the Douglas N. Everett Arena. The project includes decommissioning the existing ammonia/brine refrigeration system and installing a new, high-efficiency, ammonia/glycol refrigeration system. The new system will serve a single sheet ice rink and will include a plate and frame heat exchanger package with new reciprocating compressors. The project is scheduled to start in mid-March 2027 and is expected to be completed by late August 2027.
