Intent to Sole Source - Ancillary Services (Internet and Telephone) at the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) 2026 Annual Meeting

The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox intends to award a sole-source contract to provide ancillary services, including internet and telephone, for the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) 2026 Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. The contract will be awarded to Smart City Networks, LP dba Smart City. The services required include dedicated event bandwidth, ethernet drops, engineering network, hotspots, standard wireless buyouts, conference phone lines, and premium cable TV service. • The contract is for a firm-fixed-price. • The anticipated award date is August 2026. • The period of performance is expected to be around 3 days, from 12 - 14 Oct 2026. • The U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) requires these services to support the AUSA Annual Meeting. • Interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement within the required timeframe.
