Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Integrated Service Network 23, is conducting an Industry Day to gather information about potential vendors who can provide gastroscope/colonoscope systems to the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. The Industry Day will be held on May 6, 2026, and interested vendors must respond to this notice by April 29, 2026, with their company information and point of contact details. The purpose of this Industry Day is to conduct market research and survey the market to determine if there are other sources willing and capable of providing the needed supplies and services. * The Industry Day is open to all vendors who believe they can provide the necessary instrumentation to the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. * Vendors will have the opportunity to submit a non-binding statement of interest and possible documentation demonstrating their capabilities. * The Industry Day will allow potential contractors/vendors to demonstrate the capabilities of their products. * The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information about vendors who can provide gastroscope/colonoscope systems, and this Industry Day is the first step in the process.

Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate because the document does not provide information about the specific requirements or the budget for the gastroscope/colonoscope systems. However, based on the fact that the Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information about vendors who can provide these systems, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the Department of Veterans Affairs will be purchasing multiple systems and that the cost of each system will be in the range of $10,000 to $50,000. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of systems purchased, the complexity of the systems, and the competition among vendors.
