Business Center Operations

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is seeking proposals for the operation of the Business Center in three locations at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The successful proposer will provide business services to support exhibitors, attendees, and show management. The initial term of the contract will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031, with two optional five-year extensions. • The Business Center will provide exclusive and non-exclusive services as specified in the RFP. • The proposer must provide all equipment, including printing equipment. • The Authority is seeking a single proposer to provide all goods and services, but proposers may propose subcontractors for some services. • The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation of proposals, and the Authority reserves the right to negotiate with the selected proposer. • The proposer must submit a financial proposal, including all tenant investments, as instructed in the RFP.
