Psychology/Psychiatric Fire Trauma Intervention Specialist Services (Re-Bid)

The City of Spokane’s Fire Department is seeking a licensed mental‑health professional (psychologist, psychiatrist, or similarly qualified clinician) to provide comprehensive trauma‑intervention services to its fire personnel. The contract is a one‑year firm‑fixed‑price award, renewable up to four additional one‑year terms (maximum five years). Services include on‑site critical‑incident debriefs, peer‑support training, wellness trainings, confidential therapy, 24/7 on‑call support, consultation, documentation, and referral coordination.
