The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System seeks a contractor to develop and manage a statewide peer‑and‑family support network for individuals affected by mental health and substance‑use disorders. The contractor will recruit, train, and compensate peers and family members, maintain a participant registry, and provide ongoing reporting and communication with AHCCCS. The effort is cost‑reimbursement (originally) but later amended to a fixed‑rate contract, with an initial one‑year term and up to four one‑year extensions. • Design and implement recruitment, training, and compensation processes for a diverse, statewide peer/family network. • Deliver monthly training summaries, annual reports, and other deliverables on a stipulated timeline. • Maintain a participant registry, respond to AHCCCS inquiries within 24 hours, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements.
