Supplemental Statewide Minor Capital Projects

The State of Delaware’s Office of Management and Budget is soliciting qualified professional‑service firms to provide design, specification, bid‑document preparation, and contract‑administration services for supplemental statewide minor capital projects (e.g., roof, window, door, paving, generator, HVAC, and floor replacements). Firms may qualify in architectural, structural, civil, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or interior‑design disciplines, provided they hold current Delaware licenses and are located within a one‑hour drive of Wilmington, Dover, or Georgetown. The contract will be awarded under an AIA B101‑2017 agreement, renewable annually through FY 2029, with each project governed by an AIA G802‑2017 amendment. Submissions are due by August 20, 2026 via the Bonfire portal, and questions must be submitted by August 11, 2026.
